Mark Bruning is an experienced healthcare CEO with a proven track record, most recently successfully leading Colorado’s largest private equity-owned pediatric home nursing and medical therapy company, to significant growth in 24 months through de novo start-ups, double digit same store increases, introduction of new business lines and a strategic acquisition resulting in a highly successful sale and exit at the end of 2016. Mr. Bruning also led the nation’s largest emergency medical services and ambulance transportation healthcare provider, American Medical Response, with over 14,000 employees serving a diverse customer base in over 2,000 U.S. communities. Mark graduated from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Arthur Kanowitz, MD, FACEP

Dr. Kanowitz is an Emergency Physician and served as the Colorado State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services (“EMTS”) Medical Director for Colorado’s Department of Public Health and Environment from April 2008 to March 2017. Dr. Kanowitz has been involved with emergency services in Colorado for over 35 years. Dr. Kanowitz has served on numerous regional, state and national committees and councils and is diversely published in medical literature.

Backed by a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Applied Business Management, Mrs. Blazevich has successfully led the company from concept to market ready. Milestones achieved to date include onboarding and supervision of an accomplished management team and professional Advisory Board, product and manufacturing development and validation, acquisition of over $5.5 million of private capital, patent issuance, clinical trial development, investigational device exemption approval and 510(k) submission for market clearance.

Richard Harper is an experienced senior sales executive with an extensive background successfully leading U.S. Sales Teams in the Hospital and EMS areas of care. Rick’s prior experience was focused in the Infection Control and Laboratory Diagnostics segments of health care and he has demonstrable successes in driving revenue growth by creating high performance sales teams through optimization of sales asset deployment, sales processes, and CRM design. He has led sales teams to double digit growth at some of the world's largest medical device manufacturing companies and excels at customization and deployment of strategic, tactical, and consultative sales processes. Rick studied Business & Marketing at University of New Mexico.
Director of Marketing
Joshua Herrington is an experienced Marketing Strategist who has a decade of marketing experience in the pre-hospital, acute care and manufacturing worlds of health care. In his previous roles, Joshua was in charge of driving strategic planning, business development, consumer and product marketing , new product development and the establishment of key marketing metrics related to patient volume and revenue growth.
Joshua holds an MBA in Business with a focus on Marketing from Regis University and is a former EMT-Paramedic for the City and County of Denver.
